What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and metrics
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret historical and recent sales data from various sources to provide actionable insights regarding performance, seasonality, high level trends, etc.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory
  • Diagnose and pinpoint areas for improvement within the Sales & Support organization (ex: opportunities, customer segmentation, pipeline optimization, call routing, workforce management, etc.)
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to identify, develop and drive impactful projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales processes and operations
  • Manage of team of Sr. Analysts
  • Cross-collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to align sales efforts with broader business strategies

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Technical capabilities (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Python, Snowflake, Advanced Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise level visualizations, analytics, and reporting
  • Excitement, motivation and the ability to inspire a team by exceeding goals
  • Focus on the details, are a self-starter, and are relentless but professional
  • Great communication and presentation skill

Qualifications

 

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Data quality, Data governance, and Master Data Management
  • 3+ years’ experience developing with Alteryx and Tableau
  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics and data

What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake are a plus
  • Business strategist, ability to create simple solutions to complex problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $90K - $124K based on experience.
