I am trying to do a join, and i am only getting the join keys in the output. Please advise

By default, the join tool only outputs the columns used as join keys. To select the other columns, you can click each individually in the Columns panel, or select 'All'. The Columns panel is located under your join keys on the left, pictured below.

When a column is highlighted in blue, it will be included in the output of the join. When it is left white, it will not be included.

This is great, one frustrating thing with this and all other tools that are out there is that you manually have to align them. The coolest thing would be to have suggestions based on data type which ones fit or may align.
