What a neat use case! I love this idea. The best way to retrieve information about job and plan runs is through using the Trifacta APIs, specifically the List Job Groups endpoint. I would recommend configuring a connection to this API endpoint in Trifacta, and then creating a flow to publish the results to a destination that Tableau can access.
