Standardization option not showing on my Trifacta. Also, getting error while selecting column for create column from example

I am doing the Data Deputy Training. They showed the example of standardization, but that option is not available on my Trifacta. 

Also, in D03, they ask to create a column b example and whenever I am selecting any column for the same, I am getting an error
