Converting Rows into Columns

Hi guys 

 

Need help converting Rows into Columns.

 

I am trying to run a Linear regression. However, i have a few qualatative data that i want to convert to quantative data. For the education column, i want to convert into 3 columns with PHD, Masters and if for example if the row data is PHD, it will show  a value of 1 for PHD and 0 for masters.
