Alteryx Server Installtion on EC2

I have set up the EC2 instance which is running and I have attached the configuration of the server. I have a remote desktop connection on my pc to access this virtual server and I installed the Alteryx server in it. The machine is configured to run on my ec2 instance but when I am trying to access the gallery link. It doesn't load. It shows me a blank page.
Can anyone help here ?

Hi @Vineet54 ,

Have you configured the Alteryx System Settings already? If not, here is the step-by-step documentation for that. https://help.alteryx.com/20231/en/server/configure/system-settings.html

Hey @Vineet54 ,

Apologies, for some reason, the "L" at the end was removed from the link. https://help.alteryx.com/20231/en/server/configure/system-settings.html

The next step is to see if the AlteryxService on task manager/services is up and running. If it isn`t, go through the Alteryx System Settings configuration one more time all the way to finish and see if that solves the issue.

If not, please share the service and gallery logs. Here is where you can find the logs: https://help.alteryx.com/current/en/server/configure/configure-and-use-server-logs.html#idm452100881...

Hi @Vineet54 ,

Please follow this tutorial to troubleshoot your issue. https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Gallery-Service-failed-to-start-in-a-timely-fashion-15...

It is probably the Gallery URL. Have you changed the URL to anything else other than localhost? or checked the SSL box? Please share a printscreen of this part if possible and I will help you troubleshooting.

Hi Fernando,

I was able to solve it. Followed your link and disabled the SSL/TLS and it worked. Also, changing the default browser worked. Even though I have disabled a lot of security measures in Internet Explorer it doesn't open. When I switched to Chrome it runs fine

Thanks
