when I try to login in credly with the same username and password of alteryx, it is telling invalid username or password. How to login in credly that shows my alteryx earned badges and certificates. Please help me sir.
Credly uses its own login system, different from Alteryx. Have you signed up before? Which email did you use? If you can remember the email, just type in your email and click on Reset Password. You should be able to enter from there.
I have signed in with the same mail id but i did not see any badges in credly. It is fully empty. But with the same mail id i logged in with alteryx and earned a certificate badge. Now how cannot even get the badge link also from alteryx. I also want to download my certificate from credly. Help me sir
What is the email you use for Alteryx Community? This is the email which you will receive the Credly link for once you are certified and you have passed.
Once you have identified that email, go onto Credly with that same email, but you use your Credly password to enter.
Then, you should be able to see your Badge.
Click on Share.
Then click on download certificate.
Voila, that is all.
It is important to accept your badge via the email you use for Alteryx community and Credly. Hope this helps.
