Alteryx Designer Core and Advance certificate didn't received

I have passed my Designer Core and Advanced Certification on Thursday, 20 July 2023. Its been more than 48 hours  I haven’t received certification email or Credly badge. Its showing in my Alteryx profile but no email received.

Contact customer support to make sure the email address didn't get mixed up. I accidently put .com vs .net when on mine, and customer support was able to fix it up in a jiffy.

I have already contacted 'certification@alteryx.com', waiting for their reply.

I think my email address should be correct because I received an email just after the exam with my percentage.
